IRELAC has been providing provides consultancy services for two decades to the European Union, Latin America and African regional and locally based institutions. In Africa, we recently provided training services to IGAD (The Intergovernmental Authority on Development) in Eastern Africa composed by eight member states, as well as to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Djibouti. We also worked for some Embassies on specific issues.
